Join our customer's team as a Venture Capital Investment Associate Expert. In this contractual and remote role, you will identify, evaluate, and execute top-tier investment opportunities. You will support the end-to-end investment process, leveraging strategic insights and analytical rigor to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and analyze potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and market research.
• Draft investment memos and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop strong relationships with entrepreneurs, experts, and co-investors.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Negotiate term sheets and structure deals with senior team members.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in investment analysis with venture capital experience, exceptional analytical abilities, strategic thinking, excellent communication, strong relationship-building skills, and negotiation experience. Self-motivated and thriving in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree such as MBA or CFA, established network within venture capital, and prior experience supporting value creation at portfolio companies.
