Job Summary: UGC Expert
Join micro1's customer’s team as a UGC Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping authentic, high-quality user-generated content across various digital platforms. This full-time, remote position is ideal for creative professionals passionate about evaluating, editing, and enhancing visual media to drive engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and rate user-generated content to ensure alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to test and guarantee content quality and platform functionality.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos, enhancing visual storytelling for maximum impact.
- Partner with video editors and photographers to create compelling, on-brand multimedia assets.
- Generate insightful reports on content trends, user engagement, and quality metrics.
- Provide detailed feedback on UGC submissions to foster a community of high-caliber creators.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in visual content, social media, and creative best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UGC quality assurance, photo/video editing, content evaluation, or related roles.
