- Design weighted rubric systems to assess model outputs, focusing on logical flow, correctness, justification, and domain-specific scenarios.
- Analyze and identify common model failure modes, such as hallucination, shortcut reasoning, and unsupported inferential leaps.
- Interpret and validate eligibility for §48 ITC, §45 PTC, §45L, and §45U credits, including bonus adders like Energy Community and Domestic Content.
- Map project/property facts to credit stacking pathways, flagging mutually exclusive or sequencing constraints.
- Confirm prevailing wage/apprenticeship (PWA) requirements, recapture risks, and enumerate required filing artifacts with pinpointed citation and document stability checks.
- Produce comprehensive compliance packs, including forms, attestations, citations, and monitoring frameworks.

- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership, with specialized experience in federal tax incentives and compliance.
- Proven expertise in eligibility analysis and documentation for §48 ITC, §45 PTC, §45L, §45U, and related bonus adders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear documentation and effective collaboration.
- Experience designing evaluation rubrics and scalable annotation guidelines for technical or legal domains.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify model errors, balance fine-grained criteria, and enforce regulatory standards.
- Deep understanding of recapture provisions, PWA rules, and credit stacking nuances.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with AI, legal, and technical teams in a remote setting.
