Your Role as Strategic Projects Lead
As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) at micro1, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our most esteemed AI Labs customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team of PhDs and Professors who are actively involved in training frontier AI models. This role demands upholding the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality. You will meticulously oversee the design and execution of workflows, ensuring large-scale data pipelines are structured, optimized, and managed efficiently. Success in this position requires a keen analytical mind, robust technical expertise, and the proven ability to spearhead complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly support the evolution and performance of AI models.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire project lifecycle, ensuring utmost satisfaction for top-tier AI Lab clients.
- Manage and optimize data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lead a team of human data managers and leads, overseeing expert task reviews.
- Directly engage with top AI Labs on large-scale and critical projects.
- Collaborate with human data engineers to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide executive-level insights and updates on project status, data performance, and operational impact.
- Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.
