Your Role as a Strategic Projects Lead

As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our most critical AI Labs customers. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of PhDs and Professors, guiding them in training frontier AI models to uphold the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality. This role involves overseeing the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage extensive data pipelines. Success in this position demands an analytical mindset, strong technical expertise, and the proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives vital for AI model development and performance enhancement. You will report directly to our CEO and Head of Human Data.

What You'll Do

• Own the project from end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients achieve extreme satisfaction.
• Own and manage data pipelines, continuously improving their efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Manage a team of human data managers and leads, overseeing the tasks performed by experts.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on massive, high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with human data engineers to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on critical projects, data performance, and operational impact.
