Your Role as a Strategic Project Lead

As a Strategic Project Lead (SPL) at micro1, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our top AI Labs customers. You will lead and manage a team of PhDs and professors dedicated to training frontier AI models, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, scalability, and quality. This role involves overseeing the design and execution of workflows to structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines. Success in this position requires a keen analytical mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives vital for AI model development and performance.

What You'll Do

• Own the project lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring top AI Lab clients achieve extreme satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead and guide a team of human data managers and leads who oversee the tasks of expert contributors.
• Engage directly with top AI Labs on critical and large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with human data engineers to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver executive-level insights and updates on project progress, data performance, and operational impact.
• You will report directly to our CEO and Head of Human Data, working closely with leadership.
