The Role

This is an early-career fullstack role designed for recent graduates who want to grow quickly by building real products. You’ll contribute to — and gradually take ownership of — core product features end-to-end. You’ll primarily work on improving Zara, our AI Recruiter agent, helping shape how it operates, scales, and delivers value to users—while being mentored by experienced engineers.

What You’ll Work On

  • Contribute to the design and development of fullstack systems powering core product workflows.
  • Build backend services and APIs with guidance, focusing on clean, maintainable code.
  • Develop user-facing features and interfaces that ship directly to real users.
  • Support data modeling efforts and learn best practices for database performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ideas into working features.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering quality.
  • Help debug issues and learn how to maintain reliable production systems.
  • Grow your ability to make smart tradeoffs between speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
  • Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React (or similar).
  • Familiarity with backend development (Node.js).
  • Exposure to databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and general data modeling concepts.
  • Understanding of how APIs work and how applications communicate.
  • Curiosity, strong willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
