Software Engineer, New Grad (Zara)
micro1 is seeking a motivated and early-career Software Engineer, New Grad to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role designed for recent graduates who are eager to grow quickly by building real products. You will contribute to and gradually take ownership of core product features end-to-end, primarily focusing on improving Zara, our AI Recruiter agent. You will be mentored by experienced engineers.
What You’ll Work On
- Contribute to the design and development of fullstack systems powering core product workflows.
- Build backend services and APIs with guidance, focusing on clean, maintainable code.
- Develop user-facing features and interfaces that ship directly to real users.

What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React (or similar).
- Familiarity with backend development (Node.js).
