Role Overview: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are actively seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who demonstrates an unwavering obsession with clarity, usability, and crafting beautiful interfaces. In this role, you will take ownership of the complete end-to-end design process for critical product surfaces—from initial discovery and defining user flows to delivering high-fidelity UI. You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to consistently ship world-class user experiences.

This position is ideally suited for a professional capable of strategic thinking, precise execution, and committed to elevating the overall design standard throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire product design lifecycle, from concept to execution, specifically across our web platforms.
• Translate complex user workflows and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and highly usable experiences.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring consistency and precision.
• Maintain and actively evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
• Collaborate closely and proactively with product and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs.
• Conduct thorough usability testing sessions and effectively incorporate user feedback into design iterations and improvements.
• Act as a strong advocate for the user throughout product and roadmap discussions, ensuring user-centric decisions.
• Guarantee that all designs are accessible, performant, and perfectly aligned with micro1's brand identity.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, specifically focused on web products.
• Demonstrable deep expertise in Figma, including advanced use of components, auto-layout, prototyping functionalities, and design systems management.
• A strong portfolio that clearly showcases end-to-end product thinking, problem-solving, and design execution.
• Excellent foundational understanding of core UX principles, interaction design best practices, and effective visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience in designing complex SaaS or B2B products, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate design decisions with Product Managers and Engineers.
• High attention to detail and a genuine passion for achieving pixel-perfect design execution.
• Comfort and adaptability when working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments, embracing change and iteration.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in building, scaling, or significantly contributing to a comprehensive design system.
• Familiarity with front-end development constraints and technologies such as React, CSS, and responsive layouts.
• Prior experience working on AI or developer-focused products, understanding their unique user needs.
