Role Overview: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer driven by a passion for clarity, usability, and exceptional interfaces. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for critical product surfaces, spanning from initial discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver world-class user experiences.

This position is ideal for a candidate who combines strategic thinking with precise execution and is committed to elevating design standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete product design lifecycle from concept to implementation across various web platforms.
• Transform complex workflows into intuitive and straightforward user experiences.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Work in close partnership with product and engineering teams to achieve pixel-perfect UI implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback into design iterations.
• Champion the user's perspective in all product and roadmap discussions.
• Ensure all designs are accessible, performant, and consistent with our brand identity.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in UI/UX or Product Design, specifically for web products.
• Profound expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive end-to-end product thinking.
• Exceptional understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrated experience in designing complex SaaS or B2B products.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution.
• Comfortable and effective working in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in building or scaling a design system.
• Familiarity with frontend development constraints, including React, CSS, and responsive layouts.
• Prior experience working on AI or developer-focused products.
