Job Description
Senior UI/UX Designer at micro1
At micro1, we are building the end-to-end human data infrastructure behind AGI. Our innovative AI recruiter model is leveraged by frontier AI labs and Fortune 10 companies to efficiently source, vet, and deploy PhDs and professors from leading global universities at scale. These experts are directly integrated into the training loops of the most advanced AI systems, driving breakthroughs that propel models forward. Our data platform transforms their specialized expertise into high-signal training datasets, and our talent management tools accurately measure, route, and enhance performance at scale.
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who possesses an unwavering obsession with clarity, usability, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire design process for crucial product surfaces—from initial discovery and user flows to crafting high-fidelity UI. - Conduct usability testing and meticulously incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Champion the user's perspective in all product and roadmap discussions.

- Excellent foundational understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Prior experience designing complex SaaS or B2B products.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for achieving pixel-perfect execution.
- Comfort and adaptability when working in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environments.
