About the Role
Join micro1's customer's team as a Senior Frontend Engineer (Tailwind) and play a crucial role in building and maintaining world-class user interfaces. Leverage your expertise in React, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS to develop responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect applications. Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-performance, scalable, and maintainable UI experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize frontend performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and enforcing best practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our UI architecture and component library.
- Champion accessibility and usability standards to deliver inclusive products.
- Communicate proactively, providing clear technical feedback in both written and verbal formats.
