We are seeking a skilled Salesforce User / Specialist to support our customer’s team in maximizing their CRM effectiveness. In this expert-level, remote role, you will leverage your hands-on Salesforce experience to drive workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and insightful reporting. Your contributions will play a vital part in developing and maintaining high-quality CRM data and processes for AI training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce daily to manage and update leads, opportunities, and customer records with precision.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through accurate data entry, validation, and regular audits.
- Navigate Salesforce workflows and optimize day-to-day processes for team effectiveness.
