Program Overview

We are launching a Robotics Data Program focused on structured humanoid data capture in controlled environments. Selected participants will contribute to real-world embodied AI training datasets through supervised capture sessions involving physical task execution. This is a paid hourly opportunity designed for students involved in robotics, manipulation, and control systems.

Responsibilities for the Robotics Data Internship

  • Participate in supervised robotics data capture sessions
  • Perform structured object manipulation and task-based workflows
  • Follow detailed hardware setup and calibration protocols
  • Wear body-mounted camera rigs during sessions
  • Maintain consistency and repeatability across recording tasks
  • Adhere to NDA and data handling requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Major in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Active member of a robotics lab, research group, or robotics club preferred
  • Experience with robotic manipulation, hardware systems, or controls
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured protocols
  • Physically steady and comfortable wearing body-mounted cameras
  • Available for multi-session participation

Graduate students and research affiliates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

  • Weekly contractor payout
  • Rate will be communicated clearly prior to participation

Commitment

  • Pilot window: 7–14 days per city
  • Multi-session availability preferred
  • Small, selective cohort (5–10 participants per city)
