In this unique remote role, you will leverage your professional experience to ensure our models have a nuanced and accurate understanding of rehabilitation counseling practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and provide expert feedback on rehabilitation counseling scenarios for AI model training purposes.
• Develop and refine written content that accurately reflects the complexities of rehabilitation counseling, from assessment to intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure content authenticity and clinical relevance.
• Analyze and interpret industry-specific cases, ensuring cultural competence and ethical considerations are addressed.
• Ensure all training material aligns with best practices and current regulations in rehabilitation counseling.
• Provide detailed insights into counseling techniques, disability accommodation, and support planning for individuals with diverse needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models by identifying gaps and proposing solutions grounded in real-world expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Relevant certification or licensure (CRC, LPC, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor in diverse clinical or community settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and precision.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented feedback.
• Familiarity with current practices, legal standards, and ethical guidelines in rehabilitation counseling.
