About the Role

Join our customer's team as a Real Estate Agent - AI Trainer, where your expertise will shape the next generation of real estate technology. This part-time role is fully remote and combines your industry knowledge with a passion for communication to train AI systems in accurately interpreting property listings, client needs, and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI development teams to provide real estate expertise.
  • Review, annotate, and refine property listings and legal documentation.
  • Advise on buyer/seller representation, property match-making, and contract creation in AI modules.
  • Share insights on effective communication and persuasive strategies.
  • Simulate real estate scenarios and dialogues for AI training.
  • Validate accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions to align AI with real-world practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Licensed real estate agent with residential or commercial sales experience.
