About the Role

Your expertise ensures that AI platforms respond with empathy, responsibility, and care, especially around mental health, identity, and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic and diverse sample interactions reflecting nuanced psychological scenarios.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for safety, accuracy, and empathy.
- Collaborate with teams to define best practices for emotional and psychological safety in AI communications.
- Advise on psychological risks and ethical considerations in dataset development.
- Contribute expert insights on crisis sensitivity and harm reduction strategies.
- Document feedback to guide improvements in AI behavior.
- Support efforts to mitigate AI risks in mental health and social contexts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Advanced knowledge in psychological risk awareness, crisis sensitivity, and ethical judgment. You should possess exceptional communication skills, experience in clinical or counseling psychology, and familiarity with DEI, trauma care, or crisis intervention methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional licensure (psychologist, counselor, social worker) or equivalent experience is preferred. Experience with ethical AI development and technology-driven behavioral health projects is a plus.
