This is a remote position available for full-time or part-time engagement, depending on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate high-quality training data sets that accurately reflect authentic psychiatric scenarios and adhere to clinical best practices.
- Assess and enhance AI models by providing expert feedback on diagnostic accuracy, psychopharmacological recommendations, and effective psychotherapy approaches.
- Collaborate closely with AI developers and researchers to seamlessly translate complex psychiatric knowledge into formats understandable by AI systems.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs, ensuring strict alignment with established ethical, legal, and clinical guidelines (DSM-5 / ICD-10).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems, with a specific focus on psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and robust risk assessment protocols.
- Produce detailed, well-structured written and verbal reports to thoroughly document training processes and findings.
- Engage in proactive knowledge-sharing and foster multidisciplinary collaboration within the team to drive cutting-edge research and innovation in AI for psychiatry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Psychiatrist with substantial and demonstrable clinical experience.
- Deep expertise in diagnostic assessment utilizing DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
- Proficient in psychopharmacology, a wide range of psychotherapy approaches, and the comprehensive management of psychiatric disorders.
- Strong foundational knowledge in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and critical risk assessment/crisis intervention.
- Comprehensive understanding of the complex ethical and legal issues prevalent in psychiatric practice.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively within a dynamic, remote environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must possess business-level fluency in English alongside at least one additional language from the following list: Portuguese, German, Japanese, Persian (Farsi), Polish, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, French, Arabic, Italian, Indonesian, or Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
