Psychiatrist - Multilingual (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Indonesian)

About the Role

Join our customer's team at micro1 as a Psychiatrist - Multilingual. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to shape the next generation of AI in mental health care. You will help influence how intelligent systems understand and support mental health professionals and patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate authentic psychiatric training datasets.
• Assess and improve AI models with expert diagnostic feedback.
• Collaborate with AI developers to translate clinical knowledge.
• Review AI outputs ensuring alignment with DSM-5/ICD-10 standards.
• Document training processes through detailed reports.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration for AI innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Substantial clinical experience as a Psychiatrist.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other required language.
• Expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10.
• Strong foundation in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and psychiatric disorder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, dynamic environment.
