About the Role

Join our customer's team as a Psychiatry Expert at micro1 and leverage your clinical expertise to shape the next generation of AI in mental health care. In this role, you will blend advanced psychiatric knowledge with innovative AI training to influence how intelligent systems understand and support mental health professionals and patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality training data sets reflecting authentic psychiatric scenarios.
• Assess and enhance AI models with expert feedback on diagnostics and treatments.
• Collaborate with AI developers to translate psychiatric knowledge into AI-readable formats.
• Review and validate AI outputs against clinical guidelines (DSM-5 / ICD-10).
• Document training processes with detailed written and verbal reports.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to drive research and innovation in AI psychiatry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires a psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience, deep expertise in diagnostic assessments (DSM-5 and/or ICD-10), and proficiency in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy approaches. A strong foundation in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment, combined with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote environment, is essential. Bilingual proficiency in English plus another language (German or Dutch required) is a must.
