You will blend advanced psychiatric knowledge with innovative AI training, influencing how intelligent systems understand and support mental health professionals and patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality training data sets based on authentic psychiatric scenarios.
• Assess and enhance AI models with expert feedback on diagnostics and therapies.
• Collaborate with AI developers and researchers to translate clinical insights.
• Review AI-generated outputs ensuring alignment with DSM-5/ICD-10 standards and ethical practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement focusing on psychopathology and risk assessment.
• Produce comprehensive written and verbal reports documenting processes and findings.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing and multidisciplinary collaboration to drive innovation in AI for psychiatry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Substantial clinical experience as a psychiatrist.
• Fluency in English plus business-level proficiency in one additional language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Indonesian among others).
• Deep expertise in diagnostic assessments using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10.
• Proficiency in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy approaches, and psychiatric disorder management.
• Strong foundation in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and crisis intervention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote environment.
