Join micro1 as a Psychiatry Expert and influence the next generation of AI in mental health care. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to shape AI models that support psychiatric professionals and patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality training data sets with authentic psychiatric scenarios.
• Assess and enhance AI models with expert feedback on diagnostics and treatment.
• Collaborate with AI developers to translate clinical insights into AI formats.
• Review AI outputs to ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and clinical guidelines (DSM-5 / ICD-10).
• Improve AI systems focusing on psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment.
• Produce detailed written and verbal reports on training processes and findings.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration for research and innovation in AI psychiatry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Substantial clinical experience as a Psychiatrist.
• Proficiency in English and one additional language from the list.
• Deep expertise in diagnostic assessments using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
• Understanding of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy approaches.
• Strong knowledge in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote environment.
