Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality training data sets reflecting authentic psychiatric scenarios and clinical best practices.
• Assess and enhance AI models through expert feedback on diagnostic accuracy and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with AI developers and researchers to convert psychiatric knowledge into data formats.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet ethical, legal, and clinical guidelines (DSM-5 / ICD-10).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems focusing on psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment.
• Produce detailed and structured reports documenting training processes and findings.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing and multidisciplinary collaboration to drive AI innovation in psychiatry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Substantial clinical experience as a Psychiatrist.
• Business-level fluency in English plus proficiency in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, or Indonesian.
• Expertise with DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 for diagnostic assessments.
• Strong background in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and managing psychiatric disorders.
• In-depth knowledge of psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and crisis intervention.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote environment.
