Join micro1's team as a Psychiatry Expert, leveraging your clinical expertise to shape the next generation of AI in mental health care. This contract role (full-time or part-time) is remote and offers an opportunity to blend advanced psychiatric knowledge with innovative AI training.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality training data sets reflecting authentic psychiatric scenarios.
• Assess and enhance AI models with expert feedback on diagnostic accuracy and treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with AI developers to translate psychiatric knowledge into AI-understandable formats.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs aligning with DSM-5 / ICD-10 guidelines.
• Document training processes and findings with detailed reports.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to drive research and innovation in AI for psychiatry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Substantial clinical experience as a Psychiatrist.
• Business-level fluency in English and one additional language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Indonesian preferred).
• Expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
• Proficiency in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy approaches.
• Strong foundation in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote environment.
