Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality AI training data sets based on real psychiatric scenarios.
• Assess and enhance AI models with expert feedback on diagnostics and treatments.
• Collaborate with AI developers to translate psychiatric expertise into AI-friendly formats.
• Review and validate AI outputs to ensure compliance with DSM-5/ICD-10 guidelines.
• Contribute to AI system improvement focusing on psychopathology and risk assessments.
• Produce detailed reports documenting training processes and findings.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Substantial clinical experience as a psychiatrist.
• Business-level fluency in English plus proficiency in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, or Indonesian.
• Expertise in diagnostic assessments using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
• Proficiency in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and psychiatric disorder management.
• Strong understanding of psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and crisis intervention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
