Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI training projects including data labeling and model evaluation.
• Develop actionable project plans and manage resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, linguists, engineers, and stakeholders to define clear deliverables.
• Implement quality assurance standards throughout all AI training workflows.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to ensure transparency.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management in AI or tech settings.
• Strong skills in planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in AI workflows including data annotation and model evaluation.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Experience as an AI trainer or in AI product development.
