Project Management Specialist AI Trainer

About the Role

Join micro1's team as a Project Management Specialist AI Trainer and drive impactful AI training initiatives. In this remote full-time role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and implement best practices to enhance AI training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI training projects.
• Develop project plans and manage resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, linguists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with advancements in AI methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in project management within AI or tech-driven environments.
• Proficiency in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in AI workflows including data annotation and model evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Familiarity with industry-standard PM tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Experience as an AI trainer or in AI-related product development.
• Background working with remote or globally distributed teams.
