In this unique role, you will leverage your hands-on experience in investigative work to train AI models, ensuring high standards of accuracy and relevance in real-world scenarios. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) contributing to next-generation solutions for private investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to provide domain-specific knowledge.
• Review, analyze, and validate investigation-related data for quality and compliance.
• Develop realistic investigative scenarios and case studies for AI learning modules.
• Compile, summarize, and report information for AI modeling of investigative processes.
• Assess AI outputs, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
• Document investigative processes and industry standards for training purposes.
• Act as a communication liaison translating field expertise into clear guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Private Investigator, Loss Prevention Detective, or similar.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on expertise in gathering, analyzing, and compiling investigative reports.
• Experience in detecting unlawful acts or rule infractions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
• Experience collaborating with technical and multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts and their application.
• Previous experience as a subject matter expert for AI training or data annotation.
• Relevant certifications in private investigations or asset protection.
