Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate realistic leadership scenarios for first-line law enforcement supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams translating police operations into actionable workflows.
• Evaluate and refine AI training modules in line with legal, ethical, and procedural standards.
• Mentor AI systems by providing feedback on scenario responses involving coordination, ethics, and communication.
• Document and report findings to improve public safety solutions continuously.
• Advocate best practices in crisis management and team supervision.
• Contribute insights to enhance AI-powered incident management applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a first-line supervisor of police or detectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of law enforcement protocols, operational procedures, and ethical standards.
• Ability to simulate and analyze complex scenarios involving personnel management and incident response.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in law enforcement training, curriculum development, or scenario-based instruction.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies or public safety software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
