Overview

The Pathologist - AI Trainer role at micro1 is a part-time, remote position that bridges the gap between medicine and technology. You will leverage your expertise in disease diagnosis and laboratory analysis to train, mentor, and evaluate artificial intelligence systems, ensuring clinical accuracy and relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and annotate medical data, images, and reports for AI model development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to refine diagnostic algorithms.
• Provide subject matter expertise on pathology workflows and clinical decision-making.
• Evaluate AI outputs and supply constructive feedback for improvement.
• Create high-quality training materials and documentation.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and cross-functional discussions.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Board-certified pathologist with expertise in anatomic, clinical, or subspecialty pathology.
