Key Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and curate occupational therapy training materials crucial for AI development.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists to deepen AI's understanding of rehabilitative processes and interventions.
- Analyze patient case data to establish best-practice therapy goals and simulated outcomes for AI training.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques and adapt environmental settings to support robust AI learning models.
- Contribute to the design and validation of AI-facilitated occupational therapy programs and digital tools.
- Maintain detailed clinical and training records to ensure compliance and traceability within AI workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR or equivalent) with clinical experience across settings like acute care, pediatrics, home health, or industrial rehabilitation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a passion for accurate and compassionate documentation.
- Proficiency in assessing, planning, and organizing rehabilitative programs for individuals with disabilities or developmental delays.
