Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, classify, and accurately code medical records using DRG and related classification systems.
• Review, organize, and manage electronic health records to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and annotate healthcare documents for AI training.
• Utilize document management tools to track, update, and maintain patient data securely.
• Identify data discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and optimize documentation processes.
• Support development of AI technologies by sharing insights into medical data structures.
• Communicate findings, progress, and challenges through detailed reports and briefings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with DRG coding and EHR systems.
• Experience in document management within healthcare.
• Understanding of basic database functionalities and data entry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
