Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, classify, and accurately code medical records using DRG systems.
• Review, organize, and manage electronic health records (EHR) to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and annotate healthcare documents for AI training.
• Utilize document management tools to securely update and maintain patient data.
• Identify data discrepancies and recommend process optimizations.
• Support AI technology development by sharing insights into medical data structures.
• Communicate findings and challenges via written reports and verbal briefings.
