Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex, medically rigorous questions for AI models.
• Design and implement comprehensive rubrics for evaluating AI responses.
• Ensure all materials align with current medical standards.
• Analyze AI model outputs and provide detailed assessments.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluation materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Medical doctorate or equivalent with deep domain expertise.
• Experience in medical education, assessment, or research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at formulating advanced medical questions and criteria.
• Experience analyzing complex data and synthesizing insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in AI training, machine learning, or data annotation.
• Published research or contributions to medical exam content.
• Familiarity with evaluation methodologies for large language models.
