Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex and medically rigorous questions for AI models.
• Design and implement comprehensive rubrics for model evaluations.
• Align questions and rubrics with current medical standards.
• Analyze AI outputs and assess strengths and weaknesses.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine evaluation strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation for ongoing R&D.

Required Skills and Qualifications
