Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex, medically rigorous questions for AI models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Medical doctorate (MD, PhD or equivalent) with deep domain expertise.
• Experience in medical education, assessment, or research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to formulate advanced medical questions and criteria.
• Experience analyzing complex information with actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and effective in remote, independent work.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Published research or contributions to medical exam content.
• Familiarity with evaluation methodologies for large language models.
