Position Overview: Medical AI Researcher

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical staff to define key medical domains for AI research.
• Design realistic medical scenarios that mirror real-world challenges.
• Communicate complex medical concepts in client and research meetings.
• Support expert teams with ongoing clinical and research guidance.
• Represent micro1 in conferences and publications.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams shaping AI in healthcare.

Requirements

• Advanced medical degree (MD, DO, PhD, MBBS, etc.).
• Proven medical expertise through research or clinical experience.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in interdisciplinary healthcare-technology settings.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong collaboration skills.
• Comfort with remote and digital research tools.
