About the Role

The Language Data Annotator role at micro1 involves contributing to a bilingual Voice AI Training project known as Project Lexicon. In this project, you will record natural audio clips in two languages to help train and evaluate advanced AI models.

Test Details

You will be required to record a short audio clip in two languages: approximately 20 seconds in the first language and 20 seconds in the second. You must specify the correct regional variant of each language (e.g., English UK, English US, Spanish MX, Arabic Gulf, etc.).

Content Guidelines

  • Discuss natural topics like hobbies, profession, or weather.
  • Avoid songs, poems, or scripted phrases to ensure naturalness.

Accent and Naturalness

Only native-level speakers in both languages will be considered. Speak as naturally as possible so the recording reflects authentic accents.

Audio Quality Guidelines

  • Use a quiet room and quality recording device (USB headset or clear laptop/cellphone mic).
  • Output file must be MP3 or WAV format.
  • No background noise or acoustic distortion.
  • Avoid dead-air longer than 1 second.
