Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on investment banking and M&A scenarios for AI development.
• Curate, review, and refine training materials and datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to convert complex workflows into insights.
• Assess and validate AI-generated content for industry alignment.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps in training data.
• Deliver clear, precise feedback in both written and verbal communication.
• Keep updated on trends in M&A and investment banking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment banking or M&A roles at a top-tier financial institution. Must demonstrate expertise in mergers, acquisitions, financial modeling, deal structuring, and client advisory with outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Eligibility to work in the US, UK, or Canada is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with AI, technology, or data science teams is beneficial. Advanced academic credentials such as an MBA or CFA, and direct experience in developing AI-driven financial tools are preferred.
