About the Investment Banking AI Trainer Role

Join our customer's team as an Investment Banking AI Trainer at micro1. In this full-time, remote position, you will shape the future of finance by training advanced AI models using your expert investment banking knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training datasets and scenarios for AI models focused on investment banking workflows.
  • Leverage your experience in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring to inform AI training content.
  • Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure accuracy in financial data interpretation.
  • Develop educational materials covering M&A, capital raising, due diligence, and strategic financial analysis.
  • Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial databases to create case studies for machine learning training.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy in pitchbook preparation, market research, and client presentations.
  • Document training processes, feedback, and best practices for continual AI improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven investment banking experience including financial modeling and transaction execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for scenario analysis and financial automation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, PitchBook and other financial tools.
  • Familiarity with M&A advisory, capital raising, due diligence, and corporate finance strategy.
  • Experience preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and investment memoranda.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or VBA for financial automation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Background in training, mentoring, or upskilling teams in financial services or technology environments.
