Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers for dataset training.

• Develop realistic investigative scenarios to enhance AI learning modules.
• Compile and report investigative information for modeling processes.
• Assess AI outputs and provide actionable feedback for model improvements.
• Document investigative processes and industry best practices.
• Act as a communication liaison translating field expertise to technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as a Private Investigator, Loss Prevention Detective, or similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on expertise in gathering, analyzing, and compiling reports.
• Experience in detecting unlawful acts or rule infractions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Team collaboration with technical and multi-disciplinary groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts in investigations.
• Prior experience as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI training.
