Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into suspicious claims using SIU methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud detection processes.
• Analyze and report trends in fraudulent activity with actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the development and implementation of training on claims and fraud protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

• Expertise in insurance claims management and workflow optimization.
• Experience in fraud detection, risk assessment, and SIU investigations.
