Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end claims management workflows.
• Conduct comprehensive investigations using SIU methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention.
• Identify, analyze, and report on fraudulent trends.
• Prepare clear and concise technical and non-technical reports.
• Support training development for claims and fraud protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in insurance claims management and workflow optimization.
• Experience in fraud detection, risk assessment, and SIU investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely in a part-time capacity.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with industry-specific technology and claim management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPCU, AIC, or CIFI.
• Experience in training or mentoring in claims and fraud prevention.
