About the Role
Seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Expert to help train and refine AI systems. You’ll use your expertise in claims handling, forensic accounting, and policy interpretation to improve AI accuracy and coverage understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret commercial property insurance policies, including fire, flood, and equipment breakdown coverages.
- Review and evaluate claims using forensic accounting and detailed financial data analysis.
- Prepare detailed incident documentation using real policy language.
- Write and review policy interpretation rubrics to train AI on nuanced claims scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI accuracy through prompt engineering and coverage analysis.
- Produce grammatically sound and logically structured reports that reflect policy coverage clearly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience handling commercial property claims (fire, flood, equipment breakdown, supply chain).
- Strong expertise in policy interpretation and claims review.
- Advanced forensic accounting and data analysis abilities.
- Excellent written communication and English grammar skills.
- Experience in documentation, report writing, and coverage analysis.
