Key Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable critiques on AI-generated artwork focusing on proportions, palette, and perspective.
  • Identify stylistic challenges and advise engineering teams for optimal model evolution.
  • Document techniques and workflows to inform AI behavior.
  • Recommend controlled experiments for stylistic diversity while preserving illustration fundamentals.
  • Engage in clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as an illustrator or concept artist with a strong portfolio.
