Key Responsibilities

• Develop concise style briefs and concept notes for AI learning.
• Deliver actionable critiques on AI-generated artwork focusing on proportion, palette, and perspective.
• Identify stylistic challenges and advise engineering on dataset or prompt adjustments.
• Document techniques from hand-drawn to digital workflows for AI training.
• Recommend controlled experiments to ensure stylistic diversity while maintaining illustration fundamentals.
• Engage in clear written and verbal communications to share feedback and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an illustrator or concept artist with a robust portfolio.
• Mastery in anatomy, perspective, line work, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative strategy and design judgment.
• Experience curating and annotating large volumes of visual assets.
• Deep attention to form, narrative, and stylistic nuance.

Preferred Qualifications
