Key Responsibilities

• Review and rate short dialogue snippets for emotional sentiment and clarity.
• Identify, tag, and document sentiment shifts, faults, and cues.
• Write clear, actionable notes on responses.
• Engage in calibration sessions and share insights.
• Update annotation guidelines and maintain detailed accuracy.
• Collaborate with a distributed team in a remote setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, English, Linguistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years professional experience in human/social science.
• Native or near-native English proficiency with strong cultural fluency (US/Western Europe).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with keen emotional nuance.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proficient in following guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conversation analysis or qualitative research.
• Background in training, coaching, or user research roles.
