Join micro1 as a Human Social Science AI Trainer and help shape the future of AI with a human-centered approach. This remote, contract role (part-time or full-time) leverages your emotional literacy and clear communication to evaluate and enhance conversational AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and rate short dialogue snippets for emotional sentiment and clarity.
- Identify, tag, and document sentiment shifts, faults, and cues.
- Write clear, actionable notes on responses.
- Engage in calibration sessions and share insights.
- Update annotation guidelines and maintain detailed accuracy.
- Collaborate with a distributed team in a remote setting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, English, Linguistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in human/social science.
- Native or near-native English proficiency with strong cultural fluency (US/Western Europe).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with keen emotional nuance.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proficient in following guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
