Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary

Join micro1's customer team as a Human Resources Consultant focused on supporting and training AI models with real-world HR documentation and expertise. You will be responsible for curating and validating HR content to ensure that artificial intelligence systems reflect best HR practices, while assisting with recruitment, compliance, employee relations and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and maintain detailed personnel documentation.
• Record and validate comprehensive employee data.
• Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures clearly.
• Assist in employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.
• Respond to HR inquiries with precise and thorough answers.
• Collaborate with data annotation teams to structure HR scenarios.
• Support evaluation and refinement of AI-generated HR content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in human resources (excluding payroll and timekeeping).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to process and organize complex personnel information.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law and employee benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with commitment to data accuracy.
• Comfortable with digital tools, databases and remote collaboration.
• Independent and collaborative work style in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI or data annotation projects within HR.
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
• Background in training or change management with digital transformation in HR.
