Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Data Manager with a medical background to join our team. This full-time remote role is ideal for recent MD graduates, early-career medical professionals, or experienced doctors who want to leverage their clinical expertise in an operational, data-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize human data workflows.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and improvements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate insights.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical experts, and leadership to align strategies.
• Develop data reporting frameworks for actionable clinical and operational insights.
• Oversee data quality controls and resolve discrepancies.
• Support operational strategy by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Mentor team members on data-driven best practices and workflow management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MD degree or relevant medical background.
• Experience or strong interest in data management and process optimization.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and operational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Operations Management experience in healthcare or medical research.
• Exposure to AI applications in predictive analytics and diagnostic support.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for KPI tracking.
