About the Human Data Manager Role

This full-time remote position is ideal for MD graduates and early-career medical professionals wishing to leverage clinical knowledge in a data-driven and operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize human data workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for operational health and process improvements.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical experts and leadership.
• Create data reporting frameworks to enhance clinical and operational processes.
• Maintain data quality controls and ensure compliance.
• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.
• Mentor team members on data-driven best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MD degree or relevant medical background.
• Interest or experience in data management and process optimization.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights.
• Strong organizational and operational skills.
• Excellent communication for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Adaptable to remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations management in healthcare or research.
• Exposure to AI applications in healthcare.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for KPI tracking.
